目的了解北京市朝阳区公共场所内集中空调嗜肺军团菌污染状况。方法 2011—2013年采集该区集中空调冷却水和冷凝水进行嗜肺军团菌检测。结果 2011—2013年冷却水合格率呈现上升趋势,但低于冷凝水;嗜肺军团菌以LP-1型为主,占88.2%;不同类型公共场所冷却水检测结果显示,写字楼冷却水合格率高于宾馆和商场超市。结论北京市朝阳区集中空调装置存在一定程度的嗜肺军团菌污染,应加强集中空调的监管力度,做好清洗和消毒工作,以降低人群感染嗜肺军团菌病的风险,预防军团菌病的暴发流行。
Objective To understand the concentration of pneumoconiosis pneumophila in public places in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Methods 2011-2013 collected in the district centralized air-conditioning cooling water and condensate for Legionella pneumophila detection. Results The qualified rate of cooling water in 2011-2013 showed an upward trend but lower than that of condensed water. Legionella pneumophila belonged to LP-1 type, accounting for 88.2%. The cooling water test results in different types of public places showed that the passing rate of office cooling water Higher than hotels and shopping malls. Conclusion There is a certain degree of Legionella pneumophila contamination in the centralized air-conditioning unit in Chaoyang District, Beijing. Supervision of centralized air-conditioners should be strengthened and cleaning and disinfection should be done to reduce the risk of Legionella pneumophila infection and prevent Legionnaire’s disease Outbreak epidemic.
