实践证明,技师教育“工学结合、产教研合一”可以打破以理论教学为主导、实践教学为辅助的教学模式的束缚,发挥技师教育的人才师资优势,体现职业教育特色。本文以衢州市技师学院数控机床装配与维修专业建设为例,从“工学结合、产教研合一”的目的、过程、成果等方面,论述了职业教育开展“工学结合、产教研合一”人才培养的目的与意义。
