象似性的发展由来已久,最先由符号学发展而来,随后渐渐地在认知语言学界发展起来。关于象似性的研究国内外主要集中在理论层面,象似性的实践分析也主要集中在现代诗歌。然而在当前形势下,弘扬和传播中国传统经典文化显得尤为重要,因此探讨中国古典诗词象似性的英译也具有重要的意义。经过探究发现,宋词作为中国传统文化经典,存在大量的象似性案例。本文探究了李清照的《声声慢》及其十五个英译本,对原文和译文的象似性进行分析从而探究宋词及其翻译中的象似性。研究发现象似性的理论在翻译大家的译本中有着不同的体现,他们采用了各种翻译象似性的方法体现了中国传统文化的音韵美。
Iconicity has a long history of development, first developed by semiotics, and then gradually developed in cognitive linguistics. The researches on Iconicity mainly focus on the theoretical level at home and abroad. The practical analysis of Iconicity also focuses on modern poetry. However, under the current situation, it is very important to carry forward and spread the traditional Chinese classical culture. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the translation of iconicity in Chinese classical poetry. After exploration, Song Ci as a classic of Chinese traditional culture, there are a lot of iconic cases. This article explores Li Qingzhao’s “Slow Voice” and its fifteen English versions, analyzing the iconicity of the original and the translated version to explore the iconicity of the Song Ci and its translation. Researches have found that the iconicity theory has different expressions in translating your translations. They adopt various methods of translation iconicity to reflect the beauty of Chinese traditional culture.
