目的探讨血清抵抗素水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法将T2DM患者分为3组:单纯T2DM未合并DR组(DM组)95例、单纯型DR组(SDR组)62例和增殖型DR组(PDR组)30例。ELISA法检测187例T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平。结果 PDR组和SDR组血清抵抗素水平显著高于DM组(P<0.01或P<0.05);而且经校正性别、年龄和BMI后,PDR组抵抗素水平仍显著高于DM组(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,DR患者血清抵抗素与BMI、SBP、空腹胰岛素和HOMA-IR呈显著性相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清抵抗素水平与PDR显著相关(OR=1.164,P<0.05)。结论血清抵抗素水平与DR相关,抵抗素可能参与DR尤其是PDR的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum resistin levels and type 2 diabetic retinopathy (T2DM). Methods T2DM patients were divided into three groups: 95 cases of T2DM without DM group, 62 cases of simple DR group (SDR group) and 30 cases of proliferative DR group (PDR group). Serum resistin levels in 187 T2DM patients were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of serum resistin in PDR group and SDR group were significantly higher than those in DM group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). After adjusting for sex, age and BMI, the level of resistin in PDR group was still significantly higher than that in DM group ). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between serum resistin and BMI, SBP, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR in DR patients (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum resistin level was significantly correlated with PDR (OR = 1.164, P <0.05). Conclusion The level of serum resistin is related to DR, and resistin may be involved in the occurrence and development of DR, especially PDR.
