针对目前常见的镁铝尖晶石粉体制备的工艺方法和产物的性能特征进行对比分析,找到能够兼顾粉体的粒度和纯度两个重要性能指标的工艺方法。利用金属醇盐为前驱物,结合物理手段,可以实现粒度与纯度兼顾的目标。
In view of the common technical methods of preparing magnesia-alumina spinel powder and the performance characteristics of the products, a process method capable of taking both of the two important performance indexes of the powder into consideration is found. The use of metal alkoxide as a precursor, combined with physical means, can achieve the goal of both particle size and purity.
