采用改进共沉淀法制备稀土Y掺杂的Y-Ce/Fe2O3(k为Ce和Y物质的量比,k=0/1、1/2、2/1、1/0)催化剂。研究掺杂稀土元素Y对催化剂低温脱硝性能的影响,同时通过XRD、BET和H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,Y的掺杂使催化剂的还原温度向低温方向迁移;能够细化铁铈复合氧化物的孔径,使其比表面积和比孔容增大,增加其微孔含量,使得催化剂表面活性中心增多,有利于催化活性的提高,其中,Y-Ce/Fe2O3(k=1/2)催化剂的低温SCR的脱硝活性最高,为94.5%。
The rare earth Y-doped Y-Ce / Fe2O3 (k is the molar ratio of Ce and Y, k = 0 / 1,1 / 2,2 / 1,1 / 0) was prepared by the improved coprecipitation method. The effects of rare earth element Y on the low-temperature denitration performance were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and H2-TPR. The results show that the doping of Y causes the temperature of the catalyst to migrate to the low temperature. The pore size of the ferro-cerium composite oxide can be refined to increase the specific surface area and the specific pore volume, increase the micropore content, increase the surface active sites of the catalyst, Which is favorable for the improvement of catalytic activity. Among them, the low temperature SCR of Y-Ce / Fe2O3 (k = 1/2) catalyst has the highest denitrification activity of 94.5%.
