In order to improve the quality of concrete sleepers, save cement, and control the vibration and noise of the production line, the vibrating process of the old factory was transformed. The design office of the Ministry of Railways Construction Bureau and the vibration equipment design of the Xi'an Metallurgical Construction Institute and the 701 Industrial Department of the Ministry of Industry In collaboration with the institute, in 1983, the “Research on Variable Frequency Vibrating Process for Concrete Sleeper Concrete” was conducted. Through the test of 1343 sets of specimens, we studied the physical force of nearly 70 different vibrator systems on the sleeper stiff concrete.
