教师绩效考核是中小学人力资源管理中一项非常重要的工作,它不仅关乎学校师资力量的强弱、教师的切身利益,而且关系到学校教学质量的好坏以及教师工作行为的变化。私立学校在聘用制度、管理模式、工作强度等方面都有其特殊性,所以对教师的考核是私立学校管理运行的关键。因此本文提出将360度绩效考核应用于私立学校教师考核的设想。
Teacher performance appraisal is a very important work in human resource management of primary and secondary schools. It not only concerns the strength of school teachers, teachers ’immediate interests, but also the quality of school teaching and the changes of teachers’ work behaviors. Private schools have their particularity in employment system, management mode and work intensity, so the assessment of teachers is the key to private school management. Therefore, this paper puts forward the idea of applying the 360-degree performance appraisal to the assessment of private school teachers.
