宜昌,长江三峡的门户,渝东鄂西的咽喉。近年来,随着三峡工程的建设,大江截流、翻坝运输的实施,铁路、公路、水运、航空在这里上演了一场客运市场争夺战,尤以春运为甚。2004年春运节后增幅就高达25.7%,居全国铁路春运重点车站第二,再次备受瞩目。走访调查中,一个只有三条到发线、60多名客运人员的铁路尽头站,如何做到“发送高增长、客流高覆盖、组织高效率、旅客高认同”呢?
