化学性食物中毒是由于误食被有害化学物质大量污染或混入有毒有害化学物质的食物或被毒死的动物变为有毒的食物而引起的食物中毒,多呈暴发性,病症凶险和集体发病等特点。我们观察近年农村该类集体中毒事件有增加趋势。现就1996年1月~1998年12月本科救治的31起化学性食物集体中毒原因分析如下,以期加强人们对该类事件的关注和救援工作的管理,并提出防范意见。1 临床资料1.1 资料来源和方法回顾性分析1996年1月~
