Seven years ago, the author wrote a review of China’s secondary school chemistry education since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in the 4th issue of this magazine in 1982. This article is a continuation of that article, which summarizes the situation of secondary school chemistry education in China for about ten years. After the publication of the 10-year school chemistry textbook, it was welcomed by many teachers at first. However, in the subsequent use process, the teachers proposed the following opinions: 1.
