脊柱包虫病是一种罕见疾病,在畜牧地区相对多见,发病隐匿,临床表现及影像学表现不典型,难以早期确诊,易误诊为结核、肿瘤等,从而延误治疗。我科收治1例脊柱包虫病患者,术前误诊为结核,报道如下。患者男性,50岁,藏族。因“腰痛伴右下肢疼痛、麻木、乏力1年余,午后低热(最高37.8℃)、盗汗6个月”于2013年10月入院。患者出生并生长于甘孜州牧区,长期进食生牛肉,有结核病接触史。入院查体:轮椅推入病房,体胖,脊
Hydatidiform encephalopathy is a rare disease that is relatively common in animal husbandry and has an insidious incidence. Clinical manifestations and imaging manifestations are not typical, and it is difficult to diagnose early. It is easily misdiagnosed as tuberculosis and cancer, which delays treatment. I treated 1 cases of spina bifida patients, preoperative misdiagnosed as tuberculosis, reported as follows. Male patient, 50 years old, Tibetan. Because of “low back pain with right lower extremity pain, numbness, fatigue more than 1 year, afternoon low fever (up to 37.8 ℃), night sweats 6 months ” was admitted in October 2013.
