目的了解河北省医学生对反式脂肪酸(trans fatty acids,TFA)知识、态度和行为(the knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)状况,为在校大学生健康教育提供科学依据。方法随机抽取在校医学生580人,进行反式脂肪酸KAP现况调查。结果听说过反式脂肪酸的被调查者占62.5%,了解反式脂肪酸危害的被调查者占50.1%;被调查者对于日常生活中含反式脂肪酸较高食物品种的知晓率均不足75.0%;85.5%的被调查者希望进一步了解反式脂肪酸的知识;电视、网络和书本是医学生获得反式脂肪酸信息的主要渠道。结论医学生对反式脂肪酸相关的知识和危害有一定的了解,但相关知识的知晓率仍然很低,有必要进一步加强校园内相关知识的宣传、教育和普及。
Objective To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of trans fatty acids (TFA) among medical students in Hebei Province, and provide a scientific basis for health education among college students. Methods A total of 580 medical students were randomly selected to investigate the status of trans fatty acid KAP. Results: 62.5% of respondents had heard of trans-fatty acids and 50.1% of respondents who knew about the harm of trans-fatty acids. The respondents’ awareness rate of higher trans-fatty acid-containing foods in daily life was less than 75.0% ; 85.5% of respondents hope to learn more about trans fatty acids; television, internet and books are the main channels for medical students to obtain trans fatty acid information. Conclusion Medical students have some knowledge of trans fatty acid related knowledge and harm, but the awareness of related knowledge is still very low, and it is necessary to further strengthen the publicity, education and popularization of relevant knowledge on campus.
