目前农村中小学音乐教育的现状远远落后于城市,这种城乡差距正在无声地剥夺着农村中小学生音乐能力发展的权利,有悖于教育公平的基本原则。基于此,以网络社会为背景,首先从师资现状、教学软硬件条件和教学管理三个维度分析了农村中小学音乐教育的发展现状。继而在对现状进行反思并综述当前发展农村中小学音乐教育主流策略的基础上,提出“网络兴教”的观点,并从可行性和功效性两方面对其进行评述,得出大力推进应用网络资源提升农村中小学音乐教学这一结论性策略。
At present, the status quo of music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas lags far behind the city. This gap between urban and rural areas is silently depriving rural primary and secondary students of the right to develop their musical abilities, which is contrary to the basic principle of educational fairness. Based on this, taking the social network as a background, this paper analyzes the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas from three aspects: the status quo of teachers, teaching hardware and software, and teaching management. Then on the basis of reviewing the status quo and reviewing the current mainstream strategies of rural music education in primary and middle schools, we put forward the idea of “network education and education” and review it from both the feasibility and effectiveness, Application of Internet Resources to Improve Music Teaching in Rural Primary and Middle Schools This Conclusive Strategy.
