目的通过对不同层级护理人员对重症患者的护理思维进行分析,从而加强对不同层级护理人员的管理,提高重症患者的护理质量。方法选取本院对重症患者进行护理的不同层级护理人员64名作为本次研究的对象,在对患者进行护理后,在患者病例研讨会上由各个层级的护理人员对所护理重症患者在出现不同临床症状时使用的护理方法进行论述,由专人进行记录,最后将各个层级护理人员的护理论述进行统计分析,对不同职称、不同学历的护理人员的重症患者护理思维进行评估。结果全日制本科院校毕业的护理人员的重症患者护理思维明显好于大专院校以及中专毕业的护理人员(P<0.05);主管护师的重症患者护理思维明显好于护师以及护士(P<0.05)。结论对不同层级护理人员的重症患者护理思维进行评估,有利于对护理人员的管理,同时可以根据评估结果安排不同层级的护理人员进行不同的护理工作,从而减少护理差错事件的发生,提高对重症患者的整体护理质量,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the nursing thinking of patients with severe diseases at different levels of nursing staff, so as to strengthen the management of nursing staff at different levels and improve the quality of nursing care of critically ill patients. Methods Sixty-four nursing staff of different levels who took care of critically ill patients in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. After the patients were nurses, different levels of nurses Clinical symptoms when using nursing methods discussed by the special records, and finally the nursing argument of all levels of nursing staff for statistical analysis, nursing staff of different titles, different qualifications of nursing staff to assess the thinking of critically ill patients. Results Nursing staff graduated from full-time undergraduate colleges were significantly better than nursing staff graduated from colleges and secondary technical schools (P <0.05). Nursing care of critically ill patients under nurses was significantly better than nurses and nurses P <0.05). Conclusion The evaluation of nursing thinking of nursing staff in different levels is helpful to the management of nursing staff. At the same time, different levels of nursing staff can be assigned to different nursing work according to the assessment results so as to reduce the incidence of nursing errors and improve the severity of critical illness The patient’s overall quality of care is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
