目的:建立同时测定金樱子中7种主要成分(蔷薇酸、原儿茶酸、没食子酸、木犀草素、山柰素、槲皮素和芦丁)含量的方法。方法:采用LC-MS/MS联用方法。结果:金樱子中的7种主要成分分别在给定的浓度范围内,各化合物的响应值与浓度间均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r在0.9954~0.9989之间。实验结果表明不同产地金樱子各成分含量方面存在差异。结论:该方法能够快速、灵敏、有效的测定金樱子中7种主要成分的含量,可用于金樱子的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 main components in Rosa laevigatae (Rho, Cicate, gallate, luteolin, kaempferol, quercetin and rutin). Methods: LC-MS / MS method was used. Results: The main components of Rosa laevigata in a given concentration range, the response of each compound and the concentration showed a good linear relationship between the correlation coefficient r between 0.9954 ~ 0.9989. The experimental results show that there are differences in the content of Rosa laevigata from different areas. Conclusion: The method can rapidly, sensitively and effectively determine the content of seven main components in Rosa laevigata and can be used for the quality evaluation of rosa laevigata.
