纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)是一种由高分子量多肽亚单位组成的α_2 糖蛋白,广泛存在于脊椎动物血液和组织基质中,分血浆和细胞表面FN 两种,二者抗原性相同,生化特性和功能也基本一致。血浆型FN 具有调理素活性,介导巨噬细胞对颗粒性物质的清除。细胞表面FN 参与细胞-细胞和细胞-基质的粘附过程,对维持微血管完整性、通透性和伤口修复有重要作用。鉴于FN 的诸多生物学特性和功能,检测FN,探讨其在疾病发病机理和转归等方面的作用,受到了临床与实验室的广泛重视。现将我们检测14种疾病的血清FN 的结果介绍如下。
Fibronectin (FN), an α 2 glycoprotein composed of high molecular weight polypeptide subunits, is widely found in vertebrate blood and tissue matrices. Fibronectin (FN) is divided into plasma and cell surface FNs. Both of them have the same antigenicity and biochemical Features and functions are basically the same. Plasma FNs have opsonic activity and mediate the clearance of particulate matter by macrophages. Cell surface FN involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix adhesion process, to maintain microvascular integrity, permeability and wound repair has an important role. In view of the many biological characteristics and functions of FN, the detection of FN and its role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of the disease, has received widespread attention in clinical and laboratory. Now we test the results of 14 kinds of diseases, serum FN are described below.
