茄病交链孢霉(Alternaria solani)是番茄和马铃薯早疫病的致病菌。135个菌株经抑制番茄胚根生长测定,表明菌株培养物毒性差异显著,按其对胚根生长的抑制程度可分成五个菌组。菌组对胚根生长的平均作用分别为14.7%,26.0%,34.7%,45.0%和68.7%。此外培养滤液和菌丝两种提取物对胚根生长的作用分别为50.6%和42.7%(统计上差异显著),这是由于两者存在不同毒素所致。菌株 No.28,55,71和89的菌丝干重和粗毒素产量有差异,但生物作用无显著不同,是可作进一步研究的菌株。
Alternaria solani is a pathogen of tomato and potato early blight. 135 strains inhibited the radicle growth of tomato, indicating that the strain culture significantly different toxicity, according to their degree of inhibition of radicle growth can be divided into five groups of bacteria.
