目的:探讨中小学校长工作倦怠与控制感的关系。采用李超平在国内修订的MBI-GS和马剑虹等编制的工作控制感问卷对212名中小学校长进行测评。结论:中小学校长的工作控制感能够显著影响工作倦怠:控制感越高,工作倦怠的情况就越低。
Objective: To explore the relationship between job burnout and control in primary and secondary school principals. Adopting the questionnaire about job control prepared by Li Chao-ping in the domestic revised MBI-GS and Ma Jianhong, 212 primary and secondary school principals were evaluated. Conclusion: The sense of job control of primary and secondary school principals can significantly affect job burnout: the higher the sense of control, the lower the job burnout.
