本实验结扎大白鼠左前降支冠状动脉,造成心肌缺血区域,测定缺血和非缺血心肌内 cAMP 和 cGMP 的含量,算得 A/G 的比值,显示心肌缺血1小时时比对照区域心肌和正常心肌的 cAMP 含量、A/G 比值增高,结扎前腹腔内注射槲寄生液者,缺血心肌中 cAMP 含量显著降低,A/G 比值亦降低。心肌 cAMP 含量增高与心律失常和心肌缺血的严重程度密切有关,本文提出槲寄生是一有希望的保护心肌的中药。
This experiment ligated the coronary artery of the left anterior descending artery of a rat and caused myocardial ischemia. The content of cAMP and cGMP in the ischemic and non-ischemic myocardium was measured. The ratio of A/G was calculated and the myocardial ischemia was compared with the control region at 1 hour. The cAMP content and the A/G ratio of normal myocardium increased, and the intraperitoneal injection of mistletoe before ligation significantly reduced the cAMP content in the ischemic myocardium and decreased the A/G ratio. The increase of cAMP content in myocardium is closely related to the severity of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia. This paper proposes that mistletoe is a promising traditional Chinese medicine for myocardial protection.
