Southernblot分析明确了稻瘟病菌重复序列POR6与MGR586没有同源性.进一步以POR6与MGR586为探针,比较分析了稻瘟病菌基因组DNA指纹,表明两者所揭示的DNA指纹特征不同,但依据其指纹相似性所进行的谱系分析结果却有相同的趋势,而且POR6-EcoRI组合在5.1~14.9kb之间比MGR586-EcoRI揭示的DNA指纹更丰富,说明除了MGR586外,POR6也是稻瘟病菌群体遗传结构研究的理想标记.
Southern blot analysis revealed that there was no homology between POR6 and MGR586 in Magnaporthe grisea. POR6 and MGR586 were further used as probes to compare genomic DNA fingerprinting of Magnaporthe grisea, indicating that the DNA fingerprinting characteristics revealed by the two were different, but the lineage analysis results based on fingerprinting similarity had the same trend, and POR6 -EcoRI combination is more abundant than the DNA fingerprinting revealed by MGR586-EcoRI between 5.1 ~ 14.9kb, indicating that POR6 is an ideal marker for the genetic structure of M. grisea in addition to MGR586.
