目的通过重组腺病毒介导使低氧诱导因子-2α(HIF-2α)过表达,探讨其过表达对SD孕鼠的影响。方法将SD孕鼠随机分为重组腺病毒组、盐水组、空白腺病毒组,每组12只,于妊娠第9 d经鼠尾静脉分别注射100μL载有HIF-2α的重组腺病毒(1×1010Pfu/只)、盐水、空白腺病毒(1×1010Pfu/只),观测孕鼠血压、尿蛋白、肝肾功能情况及仔鼠均重变化,应用免疫组化法分析胎盘组织HIF-2α表达情况。结果妊娠第19 d,与空白腺病毒组、盐水组相比,重组腺病毒组
