目的了解新入职医务人员手卫生认知水平及影响因素,为今后制定和完善手卫生岗前培训提供科学依据。方法制定医务人员手卫生认知及影响因素调查问卷,对新疆肿瘤医院2013年7月新入职135名医务人员展开问卷调查;采用Stata11.0软件进行统计分析。结果新入职135名医务人员手卫生知识得分为(19.91±1.67)分(满分23分);在手卫生基础知识部分,掌握较好的内容为手卫生定义和手部常见菌分类,正确率分别为94.07%和90.37%,掌握较差内容为洗手时间和速干手消毒剂作用,正确率分别为62.22%和38.52%;在手卫生指征部分,调查对象对摘手套后、接触清洁物品前和接触患者周围环境后认知水平较低,正确率分别为93.33%、91.85%和91.11%;影响调查对象执行手卫生的前3位主要因素为清洁剂或手消毒剂刺激皮肤、工作太忙、水龙头开关不方便。结论新入职医务人员手卫生认知水平薄弱,在今后岗前培训中需强化手卫生概念及手卫生指征的认知,相关部门需针对影响医务人员执行手卫生的因素,采取相应的整改措施,以提高其手卫生依从性。
Objective To understand the cognitive level and influencing factors of hand hygiene in newly recruited medical staff and to provide a scientific basis for the formulation and improvement of hand hygiene pre-job training in the future. Methods To develop a questionnaire on the cognition and influencing factors of hand hygiene of medical staff, and to conduct a questionnaire survey on 135 medical staff newly recruited by Xinjiang Cancer Hospital in July 2013; and carry out statistical analysis using Stata11.0 software. Results The score of hand hygiene knowledge of 135 new medical staff was (19.91 ± 1.67) points (out of 23 points). In the basic knowledge of hand hygiene, the contents of hand hygiene and the common hand bacteria classification were the best 94.07% and 90.37%, respectively. The poorer contents of hand-washing time and quick-drying disinfectant were masculine, the correct rates were 62.22% and 38.52% respectively. In the hand hygiene indicators, And the lower the level of cognition was 93.33%, 91.85% and 91.11% respectively after touching the patient’s surroundings; the first three main factors influencing the respondents to perform hand hygiene were skin irritants or cleaners Faucet switch is not convenient. Conclusions The cognitive level of hand hygiene in newly recruited medical personnel is weak. In the future, prenuptial training needs to reinforce the concept of hand hygiene and the cognition of hand hygiene indications. Relevant departments need to take appropriate corrective measures in view of the factors affecting hand hygiene performed by medical staff. To improve their hand hygiene compliance.
