本刊讯6月24日,由山东谦诚工贸科技有限公司自主研发的吡啶双定向合成法制备3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶酚钠(简称三氯吡啶酚钠)清洁生产新工艺,在山东青州通过了中国石油和化学工业联合会组织的科技成果鉴定。新工艺单位产品能耗为0.15吨标煤,仅为传统工艺的1/4。此外,传统工艺每生产1吨三氯吡啶酚钠产生20吨废水,新工艺实现了水的循环利用,无废液、废固排放。鉴定委员会专

The new unit of energy consumption per unit of product 0.15 tons of standard coal, only 1/4 of the traditional process. In addition, every ton of sodium trichloropyridinol produced by the traditional process produces 20 tons of waste water.
