中药雄黄所含成份二硫化二砷(AS_2S_2)的含量测定,《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《药典》)1985年版一部规定为用碘量法进行。对含有雄黄的中药复方制剂如小儿惊风散、牛黄解毒片等,也多用此法对雄黄进行定量分析以控制其质量。雄黄含量测定的原理是用硫酸钾、硫酸铵和浓硫酸对药材进行酸湿法消化,破坏其有机物质,使药材中的砷形成离子状态,再调节消化后溶液的酸碱度,利用氧化还原反应法中的碘量法,通过反应物之间发生电子转移而达到测定的目的。操作过程中,调节被测液的酸碱度,使之PH适宜,既有利于氧化还原反应的进行,又有利于在滴
The determination of content of arsenic disulfide (AS_2S_2) contained in Chinese traditional medicine, realgar, was carried out in the 1985 edition of the “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Pharmacopoeia”), using the iodometric method. For Chinese herbal compound preparations containing realgar, such as Children’s Qifeng San, Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets, etc., this method is also used for quantitative analysis of realgar to control its quality. The principle of determination of realgar content is the use of potassium sulfate, ammonium sulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid to digest the medicinal materials, destroy their organic substances, make the arsenic in the medicinal materials form an ion state, and then adjust the pH of the digested solution, using the redox reaction method. In the iodometric method, the measurement is achieved by the electron transfer between the reactants. During the operation, adjust the pH of the test solution to make it suitable for pH, which is not only beneficial to the oxidation-reduction reaction, but also conducive to dripping.
