[目的]研究红汁乳菇子实体的化学成分.[方法]采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备HPLC等色谱技术对红汁乳菇子实体的萃取物进行分离纯化,利用波谱分析法确定化合物的化学结构.[结果]从红汁乳菇子实体中分离得到11种含氮化合物,分别鉴定为2,6-二甲基-1,4-二氢-3,5-吡啶二羧酸二甲酯(1)、烟酸(2)、胸苷(3)、尿苷(4)、腺苷(5)、二甲异咯嗪(6)、β-咔啉(7)、苯基丙氨酸(8)、色氨酸(9)、lycoperodine-1(10)及鸟苷(11).[结论]化合物1~11均为首次从该真菌中分离得到,其中化合物1作为天然产物系首次报道.
[Objective] The study aimed to study the chemical constituents of the fruiting body of Lactarius macrophylla [Method] The extracts of Lactarius lucidum fruiting bodies were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC, The chemical structures of the compounds were determined by spectral analysis. [Results] Eleven kinds of nitrogenous compounds were isolated from fruiting body of Lactarius marmoreus and identified as 2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydro-3,5 - dimethyl pyridine dicarboxylate (1) nicotinic acid (2) thymidine (3) uridine (4) adenosine (5) 7), phenylalanine (8), tryptophan (9), lycoperodine-1 (10) and guanosine (11). [Conclusion] Compounds 1-11 were isolated from this fungus for the first time, Compound 1 was first reported as a natural product.
