对公路基层广泛采用的水泥稳定碎石的路用性能进行研究,采用橡胶颗粒混掺聚丙烯纤维增强该种稳定材料的路用性能。根据材料抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、劈裂强度、冻融劈裂及材料干缩试验验证橡胶纤维水泥稳定碎石基层的路用性能改善结果。结果表明,传统水泥稳定碎石基层混掺橡胶颗粒及聚丙烯纤维后,抗拉强度、抗冻性、干缩特性均有明显改善。采用该种材料可以有效降低车辆荷载作用下基层开裂的概率,对降低半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝有重要意义。
The road performance of cement stabilized macadam widely used at the grassroots level was studied. The rubber particles mixed with polypropylene fiber were used to enhance the road performance of the stabilized material. According to the compressive strength of materials, compressive resilience modulus, splitting strength, freeze-thaw splitting and material shrinkage test, the road performance improvement of rubber fiber cement stabilized macadam was verified. The results show that the tensile strength, frost resistance and shrinkage characteristics of the traditional cement stabilized macadam base mixed with rubber particles and polypropylene fibers are obviously improved. The use of such materials can effectively reduce the probability of grass-roots cracking under vehicle load, which is of great significance to reduce the reflective cracking of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.
