采用不同的淬火温度、回火温度对建筑机械链轮用新型材料42CrMoTiY进行热处理工艺研究,分析了不同热处理工艺下材料的显微组织、力学性能和耐磨损性能。研究发现,建筑机械链轮用新型材料42CrMoTiY的优化热处理工艺为880℃×25 min油淬火后560℃×90min回火。
Using different quenching temperature and tempering temperature, 42CrMoTiY, a new material for building machinery sprocket, was studied for heat treatment. The microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the material were analyzed under different heat treatment conditions. The study found that the construction machinery sprocket with a new material 42CrMoTiY optimized heat treatment process is 880 ℃ × 25min oil quenching after 560 ℃ × 90min tempering.
