乙酰胆碱是人体内的重要神经传导介质。氚标记氯化乙酰胆碱可用来研究神经生理功能和大脑的思维与记忆功能。但氚标记的制备方法至今尚未见有文献报道。我们参照了碳-14标记的氯化乙酰胆碱的制备方法,设计了合成路线和安全简便的反应装置。首先合成了氚标记醋酸钠。然后与醋酸、醋酐共热进行基团交换。再将氚标记醋酸和醋酐与氯化胆碱发生乙酰化反应。经过分离纯化,得到高纯的氚标记氯化乙酰胆碱。放化纯度为99%,
Acetylcholine is an important neurotransmitter in the body. Tritiated acetylcholine can be used to study neurophysiological functions and brain functions of thinking and memory. However, the preparation of tritium has not yet been reported in the literature. We refer to the preparation of carbon-14-labeled acetylcholine, and design a synthetic route and a safe and easy reaction device. Tritium labeled sodium acetate was synthesized first. Then with acetic acid, acetic anhydride were heated for group exchange. Then tritiated acetic acid and acetic anhydride and acetyl chloride chitosan acetylation reaction. After separation and purification, high purity tritiated acetylcholine chloride was obtained. Radiochemical purity of 99%
