人大九届十二次会议审议通过的新《会计法》,将于2000年7月1日起施行。这是我国会计制度改革的又一重大举措,对我国市场经济的发展必将产生积极的推动作用。新《会计法》实施在即,要做的工作可谓千头万绪。我认为,现在最紧迫的工作应该是狠抓宣传和培训工作,确保宣传、培训到位,为新《会计法》的顺利实施创造良好的条件。 贯彻实施新《会计法》,是我国经济健康持续发展的需要,1993年修订的现行《会计法》, The new “Accounting Law” considered and passed at the 12th NPC Meeting of the NPC will be implemented on July 1, 2000. This is yet another major move in the reform of China’s accounting system and will surely produce a positive impetus to the development of China’s market economy. The implementation of the new “Accounting Law” is imminent, and the work to be done is extremely complicated. In my opinion, the most urgent task now is to pay close attention to publicity and training to ensure that publicity and training are in place so as to create favorable conditions for the smooth implementation of the new Accounting Law. The implementation of the new “Accounting Law” is the need for a sustained and healthy economic development in our country. The current “Accounting Law” revised in 1993,
