设计了一种既可同时用作发射仪器又可作原子荧光的双等离子体原子荧光光度计——ASIA光度计。设计这种光度计时有许多因素要加以考虑。这些因素包括;表面光散射,原子化器的等离子体发光、单色器的聚光及等离子体本身固有的空间特性。某些光学性质能够改变荧光曲线的形状并能影响整个系统的有效灵敏度。本文对这些因数都进行了讨论。
A dual plasma atomic fluorescence spectrometer (ASIA) was designed which can be used as both emission instrument and atomic fluorescence. There are many factors to consider when designing this photometer. These include: surface light scattering, plasma luminescence from the atomizer, spotlighting of the monochromator, and the inherent spatial properties of the plasma itself. Some optical properties can change the shape of the fluorescence curve and can affect the overall system’s effective sensitivity. This article discusses these factors.
