摘要目的本研究旨在论证超声可以采用新的外侧入路法精确评估股直肌反折头的解剖结构。材料与方法切开4个髋关节解剖体用来研究股直肌反折头的解剖结构。超声引导下,放置穿刺针于反折头上。应用高频探头对20个志愿者的股直肌进行超声探查。结果在解剖体上,穿刺针放置在反折头上,或者紧贴着反折头放置,以保证超声探头准确探知。超声可以探知每一个股直肌解剖头及志愿者的反折头。
Abstract AIM The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that ultrasound can accurately assess the anatomy of the dorsiflexion of the rectus femoris using the new lateral approach. Materials and Methods Four hip anatomy were dissected to study the anatomic structure of the rectus femoris. Under the guidance of ultrasound, place the puncture needle on the anti-tip. Twenty rectus femoris muscles were ultrasonically probed with a high-frequency probe. Results In the anatomy, the needle placed on the anti-fold head, or close to the anti-fold head to ensure that the ultrasound probe to accurately detect. Ultrasound can detect each rectus femoris anatomy head and volunteers anti-head.
