当代社会科学技术发展日益加快,市场对人才的需求增多,同时对人才质量的考核标准也越来越严格,但是当代学生在毕业之后却往往遇到就业难的情况,他们所掌握的技能不足以满足企业的需要,所以就造成市场人才稀缺,同时失业人数增多的情况。这就对现在学校的教学模式提出了质疑,学生为什么难以满足社会的需要,伴随着这个现实问题的出现,理实一体化的教学模式慢慢被运用到实践之中,把学习到的理论性的专业知识和实际操作训练有机统一,这种教学模式是一种能够培养专业技能强、综合素质高的技术型操作人才的非常实用的教学方法。这在当前中职院校中已经成为一种普遍实行的教学方法,针对社会所需要的人才的标准及时地调整教学内容和教学方式,为社会输送高质量的技术型人才。本文围绕“理实一体化在汽车电气课程中的应用”这一主题展开探讨。 With the rapid development of social science and technology in the contemporary world, the demand for qualified personnel in the market is increasing.
