以铣削加工为研究对象探讨了振动信号的双谱分析在刀具状态监测中的应用问题,研究结果表明:应用振动信号的双相干系数法可以有效地监测铣削加工过程中的刀具状态。
The application of bispectral analysis of vibration signals to the tool condition monitoring is discussed with milling processing as the research object. The results show that the application of dual-phase coherence coefficient method of vibration signals can effectively monitor the tool condition in the milling process.
