对高强汽车钢板进行二次淬火和回火处理,研究不同热处理工艺参数对钢板抗拉强度、屈服强度、屈强比和显微组织的影响,分析了其作用机理。结果表明,随着二次淬火温度的升高,汽车钢板的抗拉强度呈现逐渐上升的趋势,而屈服强度呈现先减小而后增加的趋势;二次淬火温度为740~780℃时,汽车钢板可以取得较高的抗拉强度和较低的屈强比,可以作为适宜的二次淬火温度;回火温度从500℃上升至620℃时,汽车钢板的屈强比在0.864~0.885之间波动;740℃二次淬火和620℃回火态钢板中弥散析出的ε-Cu相可以起到沉淀强化的作用。
The secondary quenching and tempering of high strength automotive steel sheets were carried out to study the effects of different heat treatment process parameters on the tensile strength, yield strength, yield strength and microstructure of the steel sheets. The mechanism of action was also analyzed. The results show that with the increase of secondary quenching temperature, the tensile strength of automobile steel plate tends to increase gradually, while the yield strength decreases first and then increases. When the secondary quenching temperature is 740 ~ 780 ℃, Can get higher tensile strength and lower yield ratio, can be used as a suitable secondary quenching temperature; tempering temperature from 500 ℃ to 620 ℃, the car’s steel yield ratio between 0.864 ~ 0.885 fluctuations ; Ε-Cu phase precipitated in secondary quenched steel at 740 ℃ and tempered steel at 620 ℃ can play the role of precipitation strengthening.
