农村幼儿园受资源收集、教师观念、管理不到位等客观条件的限制,环境创设一度成为课程管理的老大难问题。本文以主题墙饰的创设为切入点,阐述了如何统一规划、引领教师创设环境,使环境成为课程的有机组成部分,促进了孩子和教师们的快乐成长。
Rural kindergartens are limited by the objective conditions such as resource collection, teachers’ conceptions and inadequate management, and environmental creation has become the crux of curriculum management. This article starts with the creation of the theme wall decoration, expounds how to unify the planning, lead the teachers to create the environment, make the environment become an integral part of the curriculum, and promote the happy growth of children and teachers.
