纳米羟基磷灰石(HAP)是生物材料领域研究的热点问题之一,其制备条件直接影响其生物活性和生物相容性。该文采用共沉淀法,以Ca(NO3)2.4H2O、(NH4)2HPO4分别为钙、磷源,用氨水调控溶液酸度合成了纳米HAP晶体;系统地研究了温度、浓度、酸度、搅拌速度、静置时间等对HAP纯度和晶体形貌的影响;采用SEM、XRD对所得HAP进行了表征。结果表明,温度和酸度为主要影响因素。适宜的合成条件为:70℃,Ca(NO3)2.4H2O、(NH4)2HPO4溶液初始浓度为0.10 mol/L,10≤pH≤11,搅拌速度300 r/m in,静置24 h,在不加分散剂的条件下得到的晶体分散性好,颗粒均匀。
Nano-hydroxyapatite (HAP) is one of the hot topics in the field of biomaterials. Its preparation conditions directly affect its biological activity and biocompatibility. In this paper, nano-HAP crystals were synthesized by using Ca (NO3) 2.4H2O and (NH4) 2HPO4 as calcium and phosphorous sources respectively, and the acidity of the solution was controlled by ammonia water. The effects of temperature, concentration, acidity, stirring speed, Static time and so on HAP purity and morphology of the HAP; HAP was characterized by SEM, XRD. The results show that temperature and acidity are the main influencing factors.
