亚种间杂交稻干物质积累较高,且主要表现在结实期。但亚种间杂交稻的物质运转率、茎鞘物质的输出率与转换率低,成熟期茎鞘中可用性醣(可溶性醣与淀粉)的残留率高。与籼型三系杂交稻汕优63相比,亚种间杂交稻剑叶的光合产物( ̄14C)分配到穗部的较少,滞留在茎鞘中的较多。亚种间杂交稻物质运转率低与籽粒中特别是灌浆初期籽粒中的ATP酶活性低、IAA的含量少有关
The inter-subspecies hybrid rice had higher dry matter accumulation, mainly in the seed-setting stage. However, the subspecies hybrid rice had lower rate of material turnover, lower yield and conversion rate of stem and sheath materials, and higher residual rate of usable sugar (soluble sugar and starch) in the stem and sheath at maturity. Compared with Shanyou 63, an indica three-line hybrid rice, the photosynthetic products (~ 14C) of the flag leaves in the intersubspecific hybrid rice had less spikes and remained in the stems and sheaths. The low translocation rate of hybrid rice between subspecies is lower than the activity of ATPase in kernels, especially in the early grain filling stage, with little IAA content
