供应链管理是把企业作为工作的核心,从材料的采集开始,包括中间的物流、信息传递、资金流管理等,最终保证产品的生产和制造,并通过一切可利用的销售渠道实现对消费者的供应。它是将供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商,直到最终用户连成一个整体的功能网链模式,是物流、信息流、资金流三流的综合体,所有企业把财务供应链应用到财务管理模式中,但是在应用的过程中,也有一些不足,所以本文在分析传统财务管理模式问题的基础上,总结出基于供应链的财务管理模式的优势,并提出了优化方案,为企业的财务管理提出了更加有利的方案,为企业发展创造了新的捷径。
