研究了37例IgG亚类缺陷病患儿淋巴细胞功能,结果表明PWM诱导的体外IgG亚类产生障碍的频度沿IgCH基因5′—3′逐渐增高;IgG_2(7/9)和IgG_4(6/11)较IgG_3(2/13)和IgG_1(9/17)更易受累。除B细胞增殖功能异常外,患儿尚伴有外周血CD_4细胞数量减少、T细胞增殖反应下降、BCDF_(?)和IL-6活性降低。本文指出IgG亚类缺陷病存在沿IgCH基因5′—3′的转换障碍,涉及B细胞、T细胞及其淋巴因子多元性异常。
The frequency of lymphocyte function in 37 IgG subclass deficient children was studied. The results showed that the frequencies of PWM induced IgG subclass in vitro were increased along the 5’-3 ’of IgCH gene. The frequencies of IgG_2 (7/9) and IgG_4 / 11) were more susceptible than IgG_3 (2/13) and IgG_1 (9/17). In addition to the abnormal proliferation of B cells, the number of peripheral blood CD_4 cells, the decrease of T cell proliferation, and the decrease of BCDF_ (?) And IL-6 activity were also observed in children. This article points out IgG subclass deficiencies exist along the IgCH gene 5’-3 ’conversion disorder, involving B cells, T cells and lymphocyte diversity abnormalities.
