机床液压系统的滤油器一般安装在吸油管路入口处,且全浸泡在油箱的液压油内,它是液压油的清洁工。能将液压油中的污物过滤干净,以提高液压系统的可靠性,保持系统正常工作,延长设备使用寿命。笔者在实际维修中深有体会,在使用中的液压设备,凡是运动部件突然产生爬行和系统压力不足现象,85%以上均属系统滤油器堵塞故障而造成。但是,在维修现场,人们往往都按有关资料介绍,仅从油泵进空气、油缸活塞皮碗击穿、阀类元件失灵、运动部件机械卡死等因素找原因,而忽视了被称为液压系统重要辅助元件——滤油器。 1 诊断诊断滤油器是否有堵塞故障,方法很简单,拆除滤油器,起动油泵电动机,让油泵直接吸油,视压力表指针显示工作压力后,操纵运动部件控制手柄(或按钮),部件能正常动作,且压力指示平稳,则表明滤油器存在堵塞故障。否则表明滤油器正常。
