一、将栏高放在84厘米或者76.2厘米的任意一个高度上,运动员用三步节奏跨过栏。目的是提高运动员对栏高变化情况的适应能力。
First, put the bar high at any height of 84cm or 76.2cm, and the athlete straddles the bar in three steps. The purpose is to improve the adaptability of athletes to changes in the bar height.
