《教育论》当中指出:自主管理是对班级各种活动以及每个学生充分授权,让其产生责任感,从而激励班级组织和个人学习的自主性和创造性的管理方式,准确地说是一种管理思想。班级自主管理全过程充分注重人性要素,充分注重学生潜能的发挥。注重学生的个人目标与班级、学校目标的内在统一,在实现整体目标的同时,实现学生的个人追求。下面结合我在班主任工作中
