目的评价国产头孢雷特体外抗菌活性。方法用琼脂二倍稀释法,测定国产头孢雷特对617株临床分离致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果国产头孢雷特对临床分离甲氧西林敏感性金黄色葡萄球菌、β溶血性链球菌、超广谱β内酰胺酶阴性(ESBLs-)大肠埃希菌、ESBL-肺炎克雷伯菌、变形杆菌属、伤寒沙门菌、流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌有较强抗菌作用,MIC90值在0.25~8 mg·L-1。结论国产头孢雷特体外抗菌活性,抗菌谱与头孢呋辛、头孢孟多酯、头孢替安相似,对大多数革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌效力较强;其耐药率与对照相当。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of domestic ceforanide in vitro. Methods The double dilution method of agar was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 617 clinically isolated pathogens of domestic cefetreite. Results The domestic ceforanide clinical isolates of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, β hemolytic streptococcus, extended-spectrum β-lactamase-negative (ESBLs-) Escherichia coli, ESBL-Klebsiella pneumoniae, deformation Bacillus, Salmonella typhi, Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis had strong antibacterial activity, MIC90 was between 0.25 and 8 mg · L-1. CONCLUSION: The antibacterial activity and antibacterial spectrum of domestic ceforanide in vitro are similar to that of cefuroxime, cefadoxime and cefotiam, and have strong antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative bacteria.
