对改进型Jeffcott转子/定子系统,考虑其参数随机分布特性的影响,将稳定性分析与可靠性分析相结合,推导了碰摩转子的可靠度计算公式并使用FORM(1阶可能性方法)和CMC(Crude-Monte-Carlo)法计算其可靠度进而确定了可靠度要求为0.95时的碰摩问题边界.在分析各参数对转子稳态响应、安全域边界以及参数灵敏度影响的基础上,就一般的转子/定子系统碰摩问题给出了在摩擦因数、转速和间隙三参数下的解空间,即求出工程中对应可靠度要求的安全域与失效域.
