This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resources management in enterprises, puts forward the need to build a sound incentive mechanism of human resources management; fully combines the reality of enterprises and employees, to take a variety of forms of incentives; to stimulate innovation and other enterprises to improve the level of human resources management strategies .
