目的:观察生化软胶囊对大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分空白对照组、模型组、丹参组、生化软胶囊大、中、小剂量组、生化丸组,ig相应药物,连续5 d,末次给药后1 h按Chambers法制备微循环标本,用Aver Ezcapture图象分析系统,观察滴加肾上腺素前后微循环细动脉、细静脉口径、血流速度、毛细血管网交点数及流态的变化。结果:生化软胶囊可抑制肾上腺素引起的大鼠肠系膜微循环细动脉管径缩小、流速减慢、毛细血管开放量减少、流态改变,并改善这些现象。结论:生化软胶囊有改善大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenghua soft capsule on mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance in rats. METHODS: SD rats were divided into blank control group, model group, Salvia miltiorrhiza group, biochemical soft capsule large, medium and small dose group, biochemical pill group, ig corresponding drugs, continuous 5 d, 1 h after the last administration was prepared by Chambers method. Microcirculation specimens were observed on the Aver Ezcapture image analysis system to observe the microcirculation of arterioles, the diameter of the fine veins, the velocity of blood flow, the number of intersecting points of the capillary network, and the flow state before and after adding epinephrine. RESULTS: Biochemical soft capsules inhibited epinephrine-induced mesenteric microcirculation, reduced the diameter of arterioles, slowed down the flow rate, reduced the opening of capillaries, and changed flow patterns, and improved these phenomena. Conclusion: Shenghua soft capsule can improve the mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance in rats.
