红外辐射测温技术值得研究的问题是如何消除发射率对测量温度的影响,直接测得真实温度.目前,国内、外许多作者提出采用多色测温技术,测量三个波长、四个波长或者六个波长的辐射信号来测定温度,消除发射率的影响.红外辐射频谱扫描测温技术是根据多色测温原理和调谱平衡原理提出的一种新的测温技术.由于此法测量的是红外辐射频谱,信息量多,可以用各种方法进行处理,因此测量精确度高,且可以减小发射率对测量准确度的影响.
