参考WHO/FAO规定的日允许摄入量换算得到的评价标准,调查评价了坝上地区西芹硝酸盐的积累状况。分析结果表明,西芹的品种及不同部位间硝酸盐含量差异较大,不同部位的积累量为:茎>叶。另外,同一部位不同部分的含量也有较大差异,一般外叶>内叶,茎下部>茎上部。从农产品安全卫生学的评价标准表明,坝上高施肥老菜区西芹硝酸盐含量相当一部分超标。
Reference to the WHO / FAO daily allowable intake conversion obtained by the evaluation criteria, the survey evaluated the accumulation of celery nitrate on the Bashang area.
