本文对在地震作用下,对称贮料和不对称贮料的筒支承群仓建立了计算模型,求解了规范地震力。对于对称装料的多排多联仓的平动响应,提出了可简化成二个一排多联仓进行计算,并根据试验结果提出了沿群仓纵向地震倾复力矩,需在各仓间重新分配计算。对于非对称装料,计算了大量的贮料荷载情况,得到了产生最大扭矩贮料情况的一般规律。最后提出了平动与平扭最不利情况的组合方法,提出了在群仓设计中应加强仓间连接和提高群仓整体抗震性能等建议。本文的计算方法和主要结论,均可供设计人员参考使用。
In this paper, a calculation model is established for the silo-supported silos with symmetric storage and asymmetric storage under earthquakes, and the standard seismic forces are solved. For the translational response of a multi-row multi-bin with symmetrical loading, a calculation is made to simplify the calculation of two multi-bins, and the longitudinal seismic tilting moment along the longitudinal direction of the group storage is proposed according to the test results. Redistribute calculations. For asymmetric loading, a large amount of storage load conditions were calculated, and the general rule of producing the maximum torque storage condition was obtained. Finally, the combination method of the most unfavorable conditions of translation and twisting is put forward, and suggestions are put forward that the connection between bins should be strengthened and the overall seismic performance of the bins should be improved in the design of group bins. The calculation method and main conclusions of this article are all available to designers for reference.
